Who we are
We are manufacturers of medical compression, elastic and orthopedic products since 1970
Textil Elástico SLU was founded in 1970 with the aim of manufacturing high-performance elastic orthopedic and compression products. Since our beginnings we have acquired experience manufacturing medical compression products such as compression stockings, as well as orthopedic and trauma products.
We are a team of more than 100 employees and our goal is to manufacture compression products not only for our own brands MEDILAST (medical compression) and SPORTLAST (sports compression) but also for private labels, always complying with the quality standards that guarantee our products.

How we work
100% made in the European Union
All the products are manufactured in our facilities in Lleida (Spain) and we offer an integral service in the manufacture of the garment. Thus, we shorten delivery times, improve quality and reduce minimum order quantities compared to Far East exporters.
R&D department
Textil Elastico has their own R&D team that works to create new products, new fabrics & new technologies always under the same premise: QUALITY. We successfully develop +200 R&D projects per year.
Quality controls.
Every day all our garments go through a strict quality control in each of the processes, thus guaranteeing their excellence. We work under the ISO 13485 standard, a quality benchmark in the health sector.
For manufacturing our products, we use highly elastic materials such as elasthane and polyamide. The percentage used varies depending on the product we are manufacturing.

Yes, at Textil Elastico we have our own R&D department that will go along with you throughout all the process. We adapt to your needs to develop the product, whether you have an idea or already have the design.
Could I create a collection right from the start?
Yes, before confirming the definitive order you will receive the samples for your final approval. Once you validate that they are correct, we will start production and fix lead time and delivery date.
Will I receive samples before accepting the order?

Besides manufacturing garments for national and international private labels, we have 2 own brands with a wide experience in the Spanish market:
Medilast. Reference brand in the therapeutic medical stockings in pharmaceutical and orthopedic industry. With more than 50 years of experience, its mission is to improve vascular health and prevent and treat varicose veins, blood flow problems and tired legs.
Sportlast. Excellence brand of high-performance sports socks. Compression applied to socks increases performance, improves recovery and reduces injuries for the most demanding athletes.

Medical compression measurement
We use three different measurement systems (Dynamometer | MST probe | HATRA) to ensure that all garments meet the required standards.
Hi-tech machines
We have a total of 84 state-of-the-art electronic machines that weave in a circular mode to avoid seams. To give them an anatomical shape, they automatically vary the thread tension, achieving decreasing compression.
